Payments and Pricing

You can pay using PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay. Unfortunately, we don’t accept personal checks.

We use SSL encryption to keep your payment details secure. When you pay on our site, your information is sent directly to our payment provider through a secure connection.

Payments are processed in USD. If your card is in a different currency, we’ll convert the amount for you.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing it by providing us an order ID via mail at sales@jiacca.com.

Once an order is shipped or in customs, cancellations are not possible. If this happens, you’ll need to accept the package and then arrange for its return.

For orders marked as time-sensitive by our Customer Support Team, cancellations are not allowed once placed.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Prices and product availability on our website may change without notice. We correct any errors as soon as we spot them.

Due to the wide range of products we offer, pricing errors might occur. We check prices during processing and will refund the difference if the correct price is lower. If the correct price is higher, we might contact you for further instructions or cancel the order. Please note, we are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect lower prices.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason.

User Accounts

Registered users must keep their account information confidential.

Minors under 18 are not allowed to register or make purchases on our website.

Marketing

By opting into SMS marketing during checkout, custom orders, or through our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications about your order, promotional offers, and requests for reviews, even if you’re on a do-not-call list. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not required for purchase.

To unsubscribe from SMS marketing, reply with STOP to any message or use the unsubscribe link provided. Alternative opt-out methods will not be accepted. While we don’t charge for this service, you are responsible for any text messaging fees from your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
