At Jiacca, we prioritize customer satisfaction, offering a flexible return, refund, and exchange policy—making us one of the most dependable online stores. Our easy Return Policy allows you 15 days from the day of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Please Note:
- Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to initiate a return or exchange. Our quality team inspects each product before dispatch to ensure compliance.
- Products damaged by customers or showing signs of wear are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- All customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Jiacca holds no liability for customs charges.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
Size Issues
Report any size-related concerns within 24 hours of receiving your item. After this period, we cannot process returns or exchanges for size issues. However, if you need more time to report a sizing issue, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Size Selection
If the item matches our sizing chart (provided on our website) but doesn’t fit due to incorrect size selection, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Store Error
If the sizing error is ours (i.e., the item doesn’t match the size specifications), Jiacca will take full responsibility and provide an exchange. This must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Order Cancellation
Because all products are made-to-order, we incur costs even before shipping. Therefore, late cancellations are subject to partial deductions.
- Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement qualify for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 25% deduction from the total paid amount.
- After 3 Days: If cancelled three days after confirmation, a 35% deduction will apply.
- No cancellations will be accepted after one week of order confirmation.
